Bonnie Blue Rescue is an animal rescue group. We are registered with the Commonwealth of Virginia as a non-stock corporation and have filed for 501(c)3 status with the IRS. We believe that every pet deserves a chance at happiness and a warm, loving family.

Bonnie Blue's main goal is to save unwanted and "left behind" dogs from kill shelters and place them into loving, forever homes. "Owner surrenders" are also accepted at Bonnie Blue, where we will rehabilitate and rehome many different breeds. Once a dog comes into our rescue, he or she will stay with us until we can find the perfect forever family. We screen our adopters to ensure they have only the best intentions in adopting a new member to their family.

Bonnie Blue also networks with other recues to help save even more animals for a cruel fate.
